Getting to Know the Club
Members of the Karrakatta Club enjoy a weekly programme of thought-provoking Lyceum speakers and Circles of Interest. These include book, film, art and garden groups, along with mahjong, bridge and French.
Typically guests are invited to the Club by a member, with occasional lunches, dinners and special events presented throughout the year to celebrate various occasions.

2026 Karrakatta Club Advocacy Event. In Conversation: Rethinking Youth Justice in WA in partnership with The Law Society of Western Australia
Youth justice reform remains a significant issue in Western Australia, with serious implications for young people and the wider community.
The Karrakatta Club and the Law Society of Western Australia present a panel discussion aimed at learning about the problems and solutions.
Refreshments will be served during informal discussion following the panel session. The ticket price includes canapes and your first drink, with a cash bar available for further refreshments.
